Dear Comrade:
In recognition of the valuable services which you have rendered the cause in times past and wishing to encourage the members of our Active Working Force, we take you into our confidence and count upon you to co-operate with us in working out a plan whereby we can stimulate one another to greater activity, increase the number of readers of the Christian Socialist and thus multiply the membership of the Socialist Party. Also knowing your loyalty to the principles of Class Conscious Socialism and your appreciation of the Christian Socialist as a propaganda paper we know that you will be one with us in this our supreme effort to force the list of annual subscriptions for the Christian Socialist up to the 50,000 mark. We enclose an outline of our plan of action, also subscription blank. Hasten this in, that we may enter your name, strengthen our family ties, and move forward.
Yours for the cause of Humanity,
A.F. Moseley,
Business Manager.
