My Dear Comrade:
You, who know all things, will understand why I have hesitated to ask this of you. You have been so kind to me, I could not impose you’re your beautiful spirit of service If, without inconveniencing yourself in any way, you could write a little introduction to my songs (however brief), you know how happy I would be. The inspiration of your great white-soul is always with me.
Ruth
P.S. May I hear from you? And will you please return the enclosed letters?
