Dear Dr. Hampton;
I wrote last year an article in the Sunday American on Mr. Markham’s poem, Russia, Arise, which he dedicated to me and what it brought about in Russia today. I hope you read it. I have same subject more elaborately described, which I submitted to the Living Age, but was returned, as it did not fit its policy. I wonder you can kindly help me in disposing it to some magazine so I can get something. I have a picture with it. I have quite a few Mr. Markham’s letters, although I exchanged a few to the Soviet Museum against a letter of Jenghis Khan which I have not yet received. Hoping to hear from you
Yours sincerely
I. Narodny
