My dear comrade:
I am delighted that you can come and lecture, and have so informed the students. I am eagerly anticipating your visit also, as I shall be sailing for Europe and Palestine the last of January and have many things I want to talk with you about for going. Now as to date, can you make the date somewhere between the 14th and 19th, inclusive. I have to be in Boston and elsewhere from the 7th till 12th, getting back here the 13th. College closes for the holidays on the 20th. Or else can you come here first, say about the last of November or first of December, before going elsewhere? Kindly let me know at once if you can, as to definite date. I am greatly longing for you. I have just returned from helping Major Jones in Ohio.
